About this house rental

Uniquely renovated downtown vintage 3/2 home, 2 blocks to downtown restaurants, shopping, parks and events. With artist composed decor, formal dining, fully equipped kitchen w/island. Master suite with King, 2nd BR with Queen looks out on side arbor. front & rear sunrooms with picture windows. Rear sunroom overlooks lighted/ landscaped patio (fountain & Al fresco dining) and becomes a bedroom by night (queen size foam sofa bed). 55" tvs in living room and rear sun room. Office has additional twin size bed available.
Please note: the small building beside the patio is for host storage and is not for habitation.
Please note: holidays (Christmas and Thanksgiving) require 3 day minimum rental.
