About this house rental

Uniquely renovated downtown vintage 3/2 home, 2 blocks to downtown restaurants, shopping, parks and events. With artist composed decor, formal dining, fully equipped kitchen w/island. Master suite with King, 2nd BR with Queen looks out on side arbor. front & rear sunrooms with picture windows. Rear sunroom overlooks lighted/ landscaped patio (fountain & Al fresco dining) and becomes a bedroom by night (queen size foam sofa bed). 55" tvs in living room and rear sun room. Office has additional twin size bed available.
Please note: the small building beside the patio is for host storage and is not for habitation.
Please note: holidays (Christmas and Thanksgiving) require 3 day minimum rental.

Paula and her husband are phenomonal, attentive hosts. The house is well appointed and extremely convenient. The beds are extremely comfortable, the gathering areas are wonderfully cozy. We will return
