Completely renovated and modernized historic home circa 1887 with 3 bedroom (2 King, 1 Queen) and 2 bath (Hot Water on Demand) located in beautiful downtown Mount Dora. Fully equipped Kitchen, Dining Room for six and Laundry Room. Plenty of parking even for a boat. 2.5 blocks walking distance to historic downtown Mount Dora (Shopping, Dining and Entertainment). 45 minutes to Walt Disney World via SR 429. 45 minutes to Universal Orlando, Seawporld, I-Drive and Outlet Mall via SR 429 & the Turnpike.

We absolutely love this home! Its historic charm was a beautiful way for our family to enjoy each other and celebrate the 4th of July in Mount Dora. The close proximity of the town makes exploring easy and fun. The Fireworks were spectacular…unique shops…my favorites were the Spice and Olive Oil stores. We will definitely be back to try the Taste of Mount Dora Tour soon. Thanks to the amazing Host and their wonderful Hospitality!

We absolutely had a wonderful weekend here!! James was so very gracious and accommodating! It is in a perfect location for walking to downtown Mount Dora and to some other restaurants the other direction. The house was very comfortable and relaxing! Definitely will stay again and definitely recommend choosing to stay here! Thank you James for a wonderful place to stay

This is a great location and very well-stocked; you won't need anything except your personal belongings and food if you plan to cook. The bed was great. James was a great host. I would highly recommend this unit.
