Primo del Sol

Lokal w samym centrum wszędzie blisko, apartament przestronny idealny dla rodziny.

Winda nie mieści nawet 4 osób, duszno nie wyobrażam sobie co by było podczas jej awarii. Klimatyzacja centralna ciężko schłodzić salon. Brak nawet butelki wody przy zameldowaniu.

Th apartment was super central for Alicante, the castle, seafront and old town :-) Wonderful coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants nearby. We were personally greeted on arrival by a lovely lady. The balcony was glorious as was the large, comfy sofa :-) Amazing views!

A few more basic condiments for cooking would be good like pepper/ olive oil. Oven didn’t work but microwave function good. Bathroom had a slight sulphur smell at times.

The property is close to areas of interest and is modern, clean, comfortable and well presented. The view is nice. Communication with the owner/agent before and leading up to our stay was good.

The apartment is in a tower building and the name Primo del Sol is not on the entrance to the building. Hence we found it difficult to locate when we arrived. Instructions about the building and what to look out for would have helped. The surrounding area is a bit scruffy, not helped by scaffolding on an adjoining building. The decor in the hallway between lift and apartment isn’t very welcoming. The sliding door on the toilet/shower room didn’t close fully and this may result in some embarrassment depending on the relationship of people staying there. The apartment is not cheap to rent and I don’t think it would be too much to expect some coffee pods to use in the coffee maker.
