Primo del Sol

De ligging is echt een 10. Het is een mooi verzorgd appartement.

Het balkon kan je niet gebruiken als de airco aanstaat, de unit staat daar namelijk en het balkon is klein en wordt daardoor heel erg warm. De airco hangt in de gang en in de slaapkamers. Hier is het goed van temperatuur maar de woonkamer ligt er te ver vandaan en daar word het dus niet koel. Dit is gewoon jammer maar geen drama natuurlijk.

O apartamento é muito bonito e confortável. Excelente localização e vistas bonitas.

O facto de não pudermos pagar a alguém para fazer limpeza durante a estadia. É um pouco chato visto que não o queríamos fazer.

Понравилось расположение и вид из окна. Так же наличие климат контроля и интернета.

Когда работает климат контроль не возможно сидеть на балконе. От него идёт сильный жар. Так же в туалете обнаружен таракан размером с 2 еур. Наш ребёнок очень испугался.

The property is close to areas of interest and is modern, clean, comfortable and well presented. The view is nice. Communication with the owner/agent before and leading up to our stay was good.

The apartment is in a tower building and the name Primo del Sol is not on the entrance to the building. Hence we found it difficult to locate when we arrived. Instructions about the building and what to look out for would have helped. The surrounding area is a bit scruffy, not helped by scaffolding on an adjoining building. The decor in the hallway between lift and apartment isn’t very welcoming. The sliding door on the toilet/shower room didn’t close fully and this may result in some embarrassment depending on the relationship of people staying there. The apartment is not cheap to rent and I don’t think it would be too much to expect some coffee pods to use in the coffee maker.
