The rooms are located in a small house very close to the center but also on a quiet street. The owner is very friendly, and despite the language barrier, he did everything he could to make us feel at home. The room and private bathroom are clean, as is the kitchen he makes available to guests. The owner helped us find free and secure parking on the street in front of his house. The bed is comfortable, and the room has blackout curtains. WiFi was good! It was amazing.
The only slight downside is that early in the morning you can hear the neighborhood dogs barking, which might make it hard to sleep if you’re a light sleeper. Other than that, we highly recommend this room for a short stay in the city!

The host is amazing. He always made sure we had everything we needed, was super friendly and even took us on a day trip to show us the surroundings of Kutaisi. And we were happy to play with his puppy Roy. The place is super clean and very centrally located, so you can walk to the most important places in the city.
The beds are comfortable and our shared bathroom was also very good. We can totally recommend staying here!!
Some big dog barking at night in the neighborhood, but that's nothing what the host can influence.
