L'appartamento è molto luminoso e ha un affaccio ampio. E' facilmente raggiungibile con l'automobile e si può parcheggiare all'interno della proprietà; sempre in auto in 10 minuti si raggiunge il Lungarno. La casa è pulita, con aria condizionata in entrambe le stanze, la proprietaria gentile, puntuale e cordiale. C'è l'occorrente per fare caffè, tè o tisana.
Forse la tenda della doccia, un po' "datata", sarebbe meglio installare una porta in vetro.

Sehr gute Lage. Roberta war sehr hilfsbereit und kommunikativ. Sie war total freundlich und sofort nach unserem Eintreffen präsent und hat uns alles genau erklärt. Parkplatz für ein Auto vorhanden in einem mit Schranke gesicherten Hof. Sehr zu empfehlen. Norbert

Proprietaria disponibile e cordiale. Appartamento carino.
Lo split dell'aria condizionata in camera non funziona correttamente: durante la notte di fine luglio in cui ho soggiornato qua ,abbiamo fatto fatica a dormire in camera da letto. Inoltre il rapporto qualità prezzo non è molto favorevole.
