Excelente ubicacion. Amplio departamento. Bien decorado y modernizado. 5' a pie de la playa. Se puede ir caminando a todas las zonas céntricas de interes. Cuenta con 2 habitaciones, sofá cama en el living-cocina, 1 baño. No cuenta con lavarropas. Ubicado en el inicio de la zona ZTL (no se puede ingresar con vehiculo propio).
Acceso por escalera en regular estado.

Bardzo przestronny apartament, duży salon z aneksem kuchennym oraz dwie sypialnie. Dogodna lokalizacja, zaraz na początku strefy z zakazem poruszania sie aut. Do katedry oraz nad morze maksymalnie 10 minut spokojnym spacerem.
Nic istotnego. Decydując sie na taką lokalizację należy brać pod uwagę, ze moze byc nieco ciemno albo wysokie schody mogą stanowić niedogodność.

The only good thing about this appartment was the location.
We stayed only 12 h in this apartment. For this time we had to deal with 1. Water on the floor from some “inside the wall leak”. 2. Broken communication with owner/manager 3. Water soaked bed which was discovered at 11pm
