The localization is perfect - you can literally hear the sea from the bedroom. The roof space and the view from there is a huge perk.

no sofa in living area with tv. tv was in a bad place as there was nowhere to relax to watch it (in both properties). in the first property (not seaside view) there should have been soafa downstairs.

The location and the view
The kitchen could be a bit better equipped. E.g a proper kettle, a sharp bread knife.

Location was excellent, in the old centre with a five minute walk to the main beach. Good value and clean
The water from the shower jumped from super cold and super hot and had to wait several minutes for it to change back to warm. There was construction inside the building below which was disruptive to sleep.
