Lage ist top. Hat alles bestens geklappt. 50 zum Meer. Shop und Cafe nähe Haus und trotzdem ruhig.

Absolutely spotless and so well thought out. You have everything you need to have a relaxing stay - the kitchen is well stocked, there are umbrellas and towels for the beach, the place is spacious and comfortable, and it’s moments away from the beach, restaurants, shops and sights.
Like many apartments I’ve been to in Italy, you have to be a little careful with the electrics - you can’t have everything running at once. But this is pretty common and just takes some thought on your part, so I’m still giving 10/10 here. In addition, when the electrics did turn off, Renato responded to us immediately (even though it was late) and came in the morning to assess and check if an electrician needed to be called. Exceptional hosts.

The location is just 50 m from the beach and the restaurants. The closest small grosery store is just next door, while the closest bigger supermarket is 7 minutes walk. The host provided with the trolley, so it was easy to bring food. The apartment is spacious. The host was nice and met us as we agreed by the house. There is a free parking spot in the inside courtyard.
The pillows were just terrible, much too hard and thick. The mattresses were also not brilliant, but more or less or. Another annoying problem was that the electricity turned off every time one puts three airconditioning units and something else, sometimes without even obvious reason. We had to wait for some 10 minutes before one could turn it on again.
