Duomo Suite

Only steps away duomo square means location is fantastic as long as you don’t mind the outside noise that goes with such a central location.

Both apartments were great and as we had both, it worked brilliantly for a group of 7 of us.

Posizione, praticamente si è in piazza con molti locali per la colazione, tutti molto forniti.

Sapere prima che bisogna pagare €50 di check-in, se si arriva dopo la mezzanotte,noi lo abbiamo scoperto solo dopo avere saputo il ritardo dell'aereo.

Clean, in center, best location

The window in bedroom is old without any noise isolation so it s like you sleep on the street, it s only exesible by foot…

The location is fabulous (right x from the duomo / main piazza) and the apartment is spacious. I believe the host has more than one property on the same floor. We rented a unit for four people which consisted of two bedrooms (queen bed in one; two twins in the other), kitchen (quite large with a small sofa in it) and a bathroom.

We rented in May, and this was the most expensive (by far) of the other apartments we stayed at on this trip. There are a lot of stairs to reach the room which feels "deep" into the building - oddly you go up and down - and I am pretty claustrophobic! - and the room had an "unfresh" / "smoky" smell. It's definitely a large apartment, and in a great location. There are 2 balconies on the street that were a great perch to watch people below, and the washing machine was great, but otherwise, I might keep searching to be honest. The AC did not cool, and keeping the doors open means noise all night. (Even if passers by are not loud, you are right above the street level and will hear every conversation). Mostly, while it was spacious, it was not comfortable. Showers were not refreshing, one morning we woke up to brown water (I learned later that Cefalu water is not good), and I looked forward to leaving. Also note the location is in a ZTL area, and so depending on your drop off/ride, you may need to walk (and drag bags) to get there).
