Royal Sea House

The location, the comfort, the facilities , the parking and an excellent host.

I stayed in the ground floor apartment and was very satisfied with the space. A kitchen to prepare meals, a large modern bathroom, comfortable bedroom and a patio to lounge and enjoy the sun as the beach was very crowded. Even a washing machine and drying rack, which was very helpful. There is a private gate to the beach with access to many restaurants and a short walk to "Old Town". But my favorite part of the stay was the host. Guiseppe was so patient with me as I had to cancel the day of arrival. When I finally managed my car troubles the next day, he met me at the gate to access the parking lot and gave me the keys to the condo. He sat with me to suggest activities and kindly marked them on a map. Even as I checked out, he still offered ideas for stops on my drive to Messina.

Nothing, I would gladly return.

The apartment location was fantastic. 2minutes to the beach and less than 10minutes to the Duomo and historic centre. Apartment was very clean and functional with everything we needed. The owner Giuseppe was very nice and welcoming providing lots of practical information and help. The private parking space was a real bonus since we travelled with the car.

The place has parking on site and is very close to the beach. The owner provided beach towels and a beach umbrella which was very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

We could hear the sliding of chairs and furniture in the apartment above at times, but it wasn’t constant so just a minor inconvenience at times.
