Great apartment in a very good location

Great location for visiting both Paris and Disneyland. Apartment is 5mins walk from RER station. Supermarket around the corner and lovely boulangerie for breakfast! Balconies were great. Very secure building.and carpark, if a little tight to park car! Excellent contact with owner. Sent us all the information we needed.

Description de l appartement non conforme.

L emplacement était conforme à mes besoins. Malheureusement c est le seul atout.

Aucune possibilité de déposer les bagages ni d à cet l heure d arrivée ni reculer cel'e du départ. Peu de chauffage, en durée ni température. Il existe un thermostat réglé à minimz, sans notice et que le propriétaire nie ! Nous avons eu froid. Les taies d oreiller étaient sales, non changées dans une des chambres,. La literie est inconfortable et les dimensions petites. Aucun luminaires au plafond. Pas de branchement à proximité du lit en dehors de la lampe de chevet. Globalement l appartement à un côté vétusté avec des rideaux en mauvais étai, des murs remplis de traces, une baignoire sans pommeau de douche accroché, pas d étagère autour du lavabo, pas de quoi accroché serviettes. Il n y avait pas de papier toilette, pas de produit vaisselle, ni de savon dans la salle de bain. L extérieur est salé, les balcons avec des lichens, des tissus Souillé sur les bancs. La bouilloire était encrassée de calcaire. Côte isolation phonique c est nul : on rntand les enfants pleurer, le ter. La vue.... Sur jardin ??? C est dans les rêves. En réalité, vue sur des toits de bâtiments type établissement scolaire et sur des parkings et immeubles. Séjour détestable.

Понравилось практически все. Хозяин очень обязательный и приветливый. Удобно, что есть паркинг (платный, прямо в подъезде). Расположение чудестное, рядом магазины и станция - до центра Парижа 25 минут, эелектричка ходит каждые 6-7 минут

Посуда на кухне не очень хорошо промыта, но у нас была своя с собой.
