Cosy CBD Studio Apartment 3

Soo modern, very clean, all you need for a short stay, great location near CBD and very close to New World and South City.

The parking. When I asked for parking instructions after booking/paying we were told on street parking was available which was an absolute pain as all the nearby parking is either time restricted or nabbed. This needs to be made more explicit in the listing as was conflicting - was listed as available with filter on for parking available. There are so many apartments around the city with no parking provided so there is no reasonable (or safe?) street parking and you either have to park ages away and carry your bags, pay crazy parking rates in a parking building/section or keep moving to avoid time expiring. Absolutely gutted and caused quite a pain during our stay. Other than, great value, lovely people and very comfy (bed and facilities really good!!).

Really good phone support when I arrived and went to the wrong gate.

It felt like someone had been living there - the shampoo, conditioner and soap were just random half used products, there were cans and opened bags of pantry type food in the cupboards, and there were random unwrapped bags of tea stored in the tea container (black, peppermint, chamomile). Also the kitchen benchtop was all sticky down one end.
