The location was very good in relation to our activities and it provided all needed amenities for this specific stay.
Toaster was not great - cheapie that had to be handled with care. Also the blind at the front door did not do the accommodation justice - always in the way when moving in and out while keeping privacy.

Easy access. Very convenient location. Clean and fresh.
Some may not like the bed folding down from the wall which means you don’t have a sofa if the bed is always down. Didn’t matter to me but worth being aware.

Die Räume waren hell, modern und sauber. In der Nähe ist ein Supermarkt, man kann an der Straße davor parken wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist und zu Fuß ist man in 5-8 Minuten mitten in der Stadt. Ich würde immer wieder kommen.
Baustelle ist morgens leider deutlich zu hören. Esstisch passt eigentlich nicht mehr richtig rein, entweder Schreibtisch oder Esstisch sonst alles top.
