I loved the location. It was easy to walk to restaurants/ and a 2min walk to New World and South City Shopping Centre/mall is across the road.
The accommodation itself is very modern, clean and nicely furnished. Bonus having a full oven. Much better than a motel and very affordable.
The owners communicated well and kindly checked I got in ok as I arrived on an evening flight.
The only thing that wasn't perfect for me was the sofa bed was a bit too firm for my two night stay. This is my personal preference due to spinal surgery in the last 9 months. Otherwise it's a great place.

The leaf sweeper in the mall car park opposite at 4am was not welcome! Or the trucks making deliveries to the shops opposite around 5am .
It was also too light for me to sleep, as too much light came through the blinds. That’s just me . The leaf sweeper I could have murdered.
Nice and clean. Good location for my purpose.
