Chic City Centre Townhouse

Location next to the Rivermarket and city. Excellent. New building and the rooms. Quite comfortable

No milk for coffee, no washing powder for the washing machine, the sauce pan is very old and lining rust away which is not match to the house. No shampoo only soup. Ask clients to clean everything after checkout. To be honest, we, as clients might not trust for the previous clients who don’t have professional cleaning experience. I believe this is not a Airbnb.

The Chic City Townhouse is the choice property to stay for a two or three persons group. My family of 3 including myself had an exceptional stay in Christchurch because the Chic City Centre Townhouse is such a clean, well appointed, spacious, comfortable, centrally located unit. The washing/dryer was a welcome addition to the unit after having travelled from Queenstown with the family. We felt like we had a nice home with facilities that resembled a home after having stayed in a hotel for a couple of night. It most certainly made for a welcome change. Dan and Poppy are also very nice and very accommodating. I had to leave my bags somewhere and although the check in time was 2pm, I contacted Dan and Poppy and they were so sweet and allowed me to leave our luggage in the bedroom downstairs. I had to go and visit an elderly couple whom I had not seen for 18 years and so being able to leave my bags in the accommodation a little earlier meant that I was able to see my friends which was important to us! Thank you to Dan and Poppy for their generosity. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your stunning property. We will be back!

Couch has stains hidden under cushions. No sponge or scourer in the kitchen. A picture fell down from the wall in the main bedroom.
