Minor things - the TV didn't have access to the usual channels without having to download Freeview I don't have access to Netflix etc so that was a pain The irrating thing was the Exit sign which was alight all night so take an eye shade.

It was comfortable, free to access as I needed, and it had everything I needed. It was also close to some key places in the city. Great property.

The bar across the street played music very loudly until at least 3 am on Saturday. I barely got any sleep that day. It is not the fault of this property, but it was difficult.

Great location, super close to Riverside and a supermarket. Best is comfortable and the kitchenette ha sall you need. The included coffee and tea (and sweets) were a nice touch Very good communication from host to give all the info needed

There is a very bright exit route light in the room that is on all night and is not able to be turned off. You need a very good eye mask to block this out, be prepared.

Location was convenient and close to shops and eateries

To indicate that the 'exit light' was necessary and for safety may apply for a commercial property and its legislative requirements/governance but it does not have a requirement for a motel or a place to stay. Something the host already knows of and should have been open from upfront. The light from is brighter than the lights from outside and it was not a pleasant 3 nights. It is disingenuous to not advise this to potential visitors. Else, reposition or do something about the exit light. Happy to provide pictures to show the brightness. Also, you may want to look at the quality of the mattress.
