The local is perfect, close by the Roma Termini but at a quiet location. The apartment is spacious and bright. The air-conditioning works wonderfully, very happy for that! The building is clean and well maintained. On the 5th floor, nice. We were surprised to see hawkers selling fruit and produce, as well as garments every morning down the street! Fun 😁
It would be perfect if there's a washing machine - after a few days of traveling in other parts of the country, we arrived without many clean clothes to change.

Exactement comme sur les photos, appartement très confortable pour 4, lits confortables, tout est pratique. Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville. Je recommande

Estaba muy limpio y era bastante amplio. La anfitriona nos hizo algunas recomendaciones muy útiles. Tiene lavavajillas.
En el baño a veces olía a cañerías. El sofá cama es muy incómodo para un adulto, pero durmieron dos niños y estuvieron bien. Le faltaría un microondas.

Appartement op mooie locatie, dichtbij Termini en Piazza della Repubblica. Stil bovendien!
Meubilair verouderd, vele kapotte lampen en het meest bizar is dat je zelf de thermostaat niet mag regelen. Als het te koud of te warm is moet je via Booking.com een bericht sturen of de eigenaren op afstand het wat warmer of kouder willen maken. Op eigen initiatief zetten ze overdag de temperatuur op 15 graden, er blijkbaar vanuit gaande dat je dan op pad bent. Regelmatig zit je zo in onbehaaglijk lage temperaturen. Dit appartement in de winter beter vermijden.
