We didn’t actually stay in this particular property. Having booked it 7 months in advance and paid in full a month before our arrival we received a message from the property saying there was a problem with accommodating us at this property on those dates. We were offered another property or a refund.
Can’t comment on this property as we didn’t stay there. The property we did stay in had no bath mats, towels were too small for adults, there was a lack of bedside lamps in most rooms, there were no bins in any of the bedrooms or bathrooms, the outside cushions were dirty and unusable and the freezer didn’t work. Lack of communication was also a negative factor in our stay

Great location, loads of space, clean and comfortable. Perfect for our needs
Does have some areas that need some tlc, I’m always worried that I will get blamed for any damage that was already there. Staircase had damage and over one of the doors, be into kitchen. Didn’t affect our stay at all, just didn’t want to make anything worse.

Location.
Number of rooms.
Very poor communication throughout the entire booking and arrival process.
There were not enough wine glasses or tea/coffee cups for the maximum number of guesses.
In addition there were not any bath sheet towels.
This was a family graduation celebration and we had to buy wine glasses, cups and towels.
Two toilet seats were broken. One toilet roll holder was broken.
There was only one key for the front door. In a house that can accommodate 10 people I expected more.
