Appartamento in pieno centro storico

Il proprietario ci ha chiesto di pagare a parte le pulizie dicendo che era specificato nell'annuncio ma io non l'ho trovato esplicitato. Inoltre il parcheggio è un problema, se lo si trova fuori dalle mura è a pagamento, se non erro 2,5Euro all'ora fino a notte. Il proprietario ci ha consigliato di lasciare la macchina dentro le mura rispettando gli orari poichè ZTL. Considerate che il controllo ai varchi viene fatto sia in ingresso che in uscita, entrando quando la ZTL è aperta e uscendo 10 minuti dopo la chiusura ci sono arrivati 80 Euro di sanzione (50 di multa e 30 di spedizione)
