Great location very central, everything in walking distance. Very clean, sheets and towels changed every three days. Breakfast was included either at their nearby restaurant or delivered in a box, plenty of it. Apartment was very spacious.The host was very helpful.

Bathroom could do with an update but wouldn’t put me off staying there as it is. There are a couple of steps down to the bathroom people with mobility issues should be aware. Lot of steps to get to the apartment but a lift has just be installed which we were able to use in our last day to bring cases down which was a real bonus. So they shouldn’t cause an issue for future bookings.

Apartment is great and great location for us. I wanted 2 bedrooms and couldnt have asked for more. Host was great and communication was super easy.

Excellent perfrct location in the heart of Volterra one small hill up to the main square. Very spacious clean apartment.

No basic provisions on arrival I.e bottle of water or small milk to make a tea or coffee, one dishwasher tablet and no washing up liquid, these are basic items to help keep the kitchen clean, we were only there for a few days for a wedding so did not want to be trawling round the shops looking for essential items, we arrived late on a local bank holiday so no shops open. Also shower was a nightmare, as the tray filled up so quick but the water did not drain and the door did not close properly together so it leaked out on to the floor Also not suitable for elderly or disabled as too many stairs.

How to pick up the keys should have been more clear. Host was kind and accommodating.
