The location is brilliant parking abit hit and miss

The stairs are very steep ! And no back garden !

This cottage is a lovely place and is only a 5 mins walk to town, if you want some lovely food then the lord nelson is on the doorstep and the food is fantastic. kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need if you were cooking for yourself, we didn't. Bathroom is beautiful but my legs wouldn't allow me to get into the very deep bath so it was a good job the shower was there. Living room was a bit small but their was only the two of us. Bedroom was nice bed a bit noisey when you sat on it but was comfy.. No noise at night, it is in a very quiet place.

The stairs were very difficult for me as I am not good on my legs and they were very steep with only a short metal handrail part way up with one over the doorway to grab, it could do with a long wooden handrail. It's a shame their is no garden their was only a place for bins then you had to be careful not to get locked in the bin area.

The location was perfect for our trip to the races and walking distance to restaurants bars and shops

The stairs would be a challenge for anyone either mobility issues

would have been a cosy little cottage if it wasnt for the strong draught at the lounge window and the walk in shower didnt work , water was cold, the over bath hand shower worked but difficult to use as water went everywhere.
