Mökissä hyvä pohjaratkaisu isollekin porukalle. Sijainti hiihtoladuille hyvä.
Huoneiden väliset äänieristykset olivat huonot. Äänet kantautuvat huoneiden välillä tarpeettoman hyvin. Porealtaan käytön osalta eri näkemykset vuokranantajan kanssa, joita ei saatu sovittua. Viesteihin ei lopulta vastattu. Lähitukea asian ratkaisemiseksi ei ollut saatavissa.
