    We had so much fun during our stay at the hotel. The staff were very cooperative, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable—we would love to come back again!

    Whenever I ask an operator for anything, they gave me false information. Second, the desert adventure booth at this hotel is very disappointing. When we book desert adventure through them, we thought that the service is equivalent to the place we reserved from. The quality of the trip, the food and the desert camp is sooo poor. I can not even rate it as one star. Even ladies rest room doesn’t have diaper change table, so a lady changed her son diaper on the sink we wash our hands and face and where we put our bags. So disgusting. They claim it’s shared trip, but the shared one from any hotel in dubai, not specifically Marriott hotel, so we wasted our time in the traffic of Dubai collecting people. And the same when we returned back, they dropped off other people before us leaving us suffering from the traffic in Dubai, wasting several hours of our precious time. Very poor quality and I don’t recommend the hotel neither the services at this hotel. We filled complaint since we returned from the trip but no one really took that complaint serious, even they refused to refund it or compensate us with other kind of service that correct the situation. Do not got misled by the services available at this hotel. Otherwise the hotel is clean, and the location is great.
