Room was clean
Ac was the problem and as it was connecting door so the guest next door was so noisy

I really enjoyed my stay at J5 Hotel. The room was very nice, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The facilities were excellent and everything was well maintained. What I appreciated the most was the staff—they were very friendly, welcoming, helpful, and professional. They made me feel comfortable throughout my stay and were always ready to assist whenever needed. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and relaxing.
Honestly, I had a very good experience and did not have any major complaints. Everything was comfortable, clean, and well organized. I hope the hotel continues to maintain the same high standard of service and hospitality.

Location, spacious room, kitchenette facilities although cutleries were not complete for 2 people
Bad experience with a child duvet and never changed even after few requests. Staff not too friendly other than Ruben
