The hotel was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. Its close to the mall, with plenty of shops nearby, and the metro is within easy reach, making shopping and affordable transportation very convenient. The only inconvenience was some noise from the corridor, especially when children were running around or when other guests were speaking loudly. Aside from that, we had a nice and comfortable stay.

Overall Experience Overall, our stay was satisfactory. Right from the reception until checkout, everyone at the hotel demonstrated excellent hospitality and made us feel welcome. Staff & Service The hotel staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The housekeeping staff and bell boys did a great job and were always polite. A special mention goes to the lifeguard at the swimming pool. He was exceptionally respectful, attentive, and kind to every guest. He noticed that I was looking for assistance near the poolside bar and proactively came over to help. He explained how to place an order, which was very helpful. Facilities The hotel has its own parking, which is a definite advantage. The swimming pool is well maintained, although it was quite crowded since we visited over the weekend, so we couldn't enjoy it as much as we had hoped. The Breeze Bar beside the swimming pool is a good addition, but there was no staff available to take orders, nor was there any information explaining how guests should place an order. This could be improved. Food & Beverage The beer prices were higher compared to other hotels. We ordered a mango milkshake, but the staff member taking the order kept referring to for a smoothie. We clearly mentioned that we wanted a milkshake, and he confirmed the order. However, a mango smoothie was served instead. It was served in a small quantity and was relatively expensive. Suggestions for Improvement Provide fans or air coolers near the poolside seating area. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable to sit there for long. Since the lifeguard advised us not to leave our children alone at the pool while going back to the room, some cooling arrangements around the seating area would greatly improve guest comfort. The room was equipped with a queen-size bed. A king-size bed would have been more comfortable, especially for families. Despite these minor issues, the staff's hospitality and willingness to help made our stay pleasant. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Novotel from July 24–26! From the moment we checked in until the day we left, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality and exceptional service. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the swimming pool. Our son had an incredible time and couldn't get enough of it—it quickly became his favorite part of the trip! Watching him laugh and enjoy every moment made our stay even more special and memorable. We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to Lifeguard Singh, who went above and beyond to make our pool experience enjoyable. He was incredibly accommodating, friendly, professional, and always attentive to the guests. His kindness, positive attitude, and genuine care for our family truly stood out and made a lasting impression. Thank you to the entire Novotel team for creating such a memorable experience during our stay from July 24–26. We left with wonderful memories and can't wait to return. We highly recommend Novotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality, excellent facilities, and a fantastic family-friendly atmosphere.

I have breakfast and got food poisoning stayed in hospital forv2 days in my country. A very bad experience. The hotel atmosphere is ok but mind that breakfast. Upon departure we told the receptionist that we were having diarrhoea and stomach ache she told us to send an email.
