All credits go to the entire team who are managing the property and the way of coordinating and resolving issues within WhatsApp communication. The initial day was a bit problematic and tough for me to adjust to the first floor because of some insects and some bad smells but this has been quickly resolved by the management team by shifting me to the 3rd floor. And off course Mr Hussain won't allow you to feel that you are far from your family. He is such a great person, active and helps nature all the time. Overall it was a great stay there. Due to some medical emergency i came back to my country but of course in case i plan then again i do visit here for my long stays.

The first floor area has some bad smells from the main entry doors and a few rooms attached to the washroom have some seepage so it allows some termites and insects.

Staff, and good location.

It's not the cleanest place to stay, but for the price, it's good value. On my first night, I stayed in a single room without a window and found a few cockroaches near the bed. After I asked to change rooms, the new room was much better. The bathroom was clean, and the Wi-Fi was strong. Overall, it's about what you can expect in Dubai for AED 45 per night

Great location, less than 2 mins to metro and 5 mins walk to the mall, Joanna she is amazing!!

Maybe because of it as an old building, it's not as clean as their hostel near MOE, but it was ok.
