Aavri Hotel

The rooms are spacious. Eli at the reception is exceptional, she’s a gem at Aavri Hotel and we felt comfortable dealing with her. I requested an iron twice during the night, but it was only brought to me around 11 AM after I mentioned it to Eli. She immediately helped resolve the issue, which I really appreciated.

The bathroom had an old and unpleasant smell, and the towels also looked old. The shower faucet was not working properly, and housekeeping forgot to refill the body wash. There was also no conditioner provided. The breakfast had very limited choices. The parking is not free also. Overall, I expected better and hope the hotel can improve its cleanliness, maintenance, housekeeping, and breakfast options.

Good size two joint rooms for 4 people. Great staff.

It had very nice big swimming pool which was not overcrowded.

Staff service is were too good and friendly.

Food options are not much for vegetarians.

Nobody informed us in advance about the pool isn’t working. The floor is dirty, TV is old version. Superior suite is with other door inside the room( I don’t know if it is the superior suite extension room?😒), we can hear noise in other room. We cannot rest properly.
