    When we checked in and wnet to the room the room given to ua was an occupied room when we went down they staff did not even bother to apologise for the mistake and gave us the new key like nothing happened. The window in the room doesn't close and there's a sound coming from it disturbing our sleep. Pest control needs to be done as there are cockroaches everywhere

    Good stay, the room adjacent to mine, guest was very noisy and disturbing, I did see cockroaches and one of the chair in the room was dirty.. Apart from that the staff were very helpful and provided quick service. The hotel also has clubs/ pubs which is nice.

    This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in Dubai. I stayed at Concorde Deira Hotel and was extremely disappointed with the way the staff treated me. Every time I went out and returned to the hotel, I was repeatedly stopped and asked to show my ID. I understand that hotels have security procedures, but the way it was handled and the repeated questioning made me feel extremely uncomfortable. When I raised my concern with the reception staff, instead of politely explaining the policy, I was told, “We will do it like this only. If you don’t like it, check out. We don’t want you.” I was also considering extending my stay, but the staff told me that they did not want customers like me. This was extremely disrespectful and completely unacceptable for a hotel guest. Good customer service is about making guests feel welcome and respected. Unfortunately, I experienced the complete opposite here. I will never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend Concorde Deira Hotel to anyone based on my experience. I hope the management seriously reviews the behavior and customer-service standards of the reception team.
