Air conditioning is very bad 👎

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall experience was very comfortable. A special mention goes to Hasnain and Ruhi, who were exceptionally helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. Their courteous attitude and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference.

We recently stayed at Landmark Grand Hotel and booked two rooms as we were also holding our daughter’s birthday celebration at the hotel. The location is definitely one of the hotel’s strongest points, especially because it is conveniently located near the metro. The staff were also helpful with our belongings, which we appreciated. However, considering this is advertised as a 4-star hotel, our overall room experience was disappointing. I completely understand that the building itself is quite old, and I would not rate a hotel poorly simply because of its age. My concern was with the condition of the rooms, facilities, and lack of basic amenities. We experienced similar issues in both rooms. The AC was not cooling properly, one of the toilets was clogged, and several basic amenities were missing. There was no soap or dental kit, and even the coffee setup was incomplete—there was no spoon. The mini fridge was also very old. I honestly cannot remember how many times I had to call to request basic items that I would normally expect to already be available in a 4-star hotel room. Prior to our stay, I requested a possible room upgrade, even for just one of the two rooms, since we were staying there for our daughter’s birthday party being held at the hotel. I completely understood when I was informed that the hotel was fully booked and an upgrade was not possible. However, I had also asked about the possibility of early check-in and did not receive a response to that request. Additionally, the first room assigned to us was an accessible room. The bathroom had no proper shower division, so using the shower caused much of the bathroom floor to become wet. Under normal circumstances, I would have requested another room, but because we were already busy preparing for the birthday celebration, moving all our belongings to another room would have caused further inconvenience and taken valuable time. What was also disappointing was that, despite booking two rooms and holding our daughter’s birthday celebration at the hotel, there was no small gesture from the hotel to make the stay a little more special or to compensate for the inconveniences we experienced. Even something as simple as complimentary breakfast for one of the rooms would have been a thoughtful gesture. I was not expecting special treatment, but a little consideration would have made a significant difference to our overall impression. Overall, I appreciate the convenient location and the staff members who assisted us, but the room condition, facilities, missing basic amenities, and overall value for money did not meet my expectations for a 4-star hotel.
