The cleanliness of the room was very good. The location is also good as the hotel is approximately 7 minutes walk to Union and Rigga metro stations. Also there are plenty of restaurants close to the hotel. Hotel has a small gym and a small roof top swimming pool. The hotel is pretty new and having new and comfortable furniture. The free basement parking was good and I did not find any issue in finding a parking slot.
The reception lady Roma was very friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurent staff Jagath was very helpful as he kept my small packet in the freezer for the night.
The room was bit small. The water was leaking from the bath area to the commode area. Twice I called the hotel maintenance guys but they couldn't fix the issue.
The internet was not good as it was disconnecting very frequently.

It is good value for money. The location is exceptional, in between Al Rigga and Union metro stations, and it's within a short distance to the frequently-visited-areas.

Staff is very polite, the hotel is very clean, it’s family resort, hotel location superb nearby Union metro station 500 meters away, hotel is located walking distance 500 meters from Al Ghurair Mall

Spacious room.
Location is within the most busy part of Rigga - accessible to restaurants amd malls.
The parking card is broken, need to wait sometime to fix.
The TV is broken.
Need deposit of 200 AED.
Breakfast is not served as buffet.
