Our first-floor south-facing vacation apartment has a living area of approximately 50 m² with a very practical floor plan! From the entryway with a coat rack, you enter the natural-light-filled shower room with a toilet, sink, and washer-dryer; further on to the smaller bedroom with a bunk bed, closet, and private balcony, as well as to the fully equipped kitchen-living room with a dining area and its own balcony! From there, you continue into the larger bedroom with a box-spring bed, closet, and private wash area, as well as its own balcony!



Our house is located in the upper part of the village of Matzelsdorf on the Millstätter Plateau, in a quiet location with a magnificent view of the mountains and the lake.
Surrounding the house is a large orchard with a ping-pong table, several seating areas, and sun loungers.
Right from our house, you can explore nature, set out on hikes to the alpine pastures, or embark on mountain bike tours.
The town-owned Dellach beach is about a 5-minute drive away!



Check-in is available from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 08:00 to 12:00.
