This duplex is accessed through the common lounge.
It is centrally located in the building and faces south toward Mount Dobratsch.
All floors on the first floor are covered with natural stone, while on the upper floor, your feet will feel the oiled spruce flooring.
An entryway leads to the living and dining area as well as the spa bathroom.
The wooden staircase winds its way up to two double bedrooms on the upper floor. Through the glass-enclosed foyer, you have a sheltered view of the terrace and the mountains beyond.
In front of the bedrooms is a spacious, secluded balcony with our signature lounge chairs.

On-site costs: *** Our Duplex Vacation Apartments *** Each duplex consists of a living area with a kitchen and living room, as well as a spacious spa-style bathroom on the first floor. A rustic spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, which features two bedrooms, each with a double bed. The rooms open onto a spacious balcony with a beautiful view. The south-facing facade is fully glazed, offering a lovely view of the surrounding mountains and our farm. All vacation apartments are equipped with a living room ventilation system. The entire interior is crafted from natural solid spruce wood. All surfaces are treated exclusively with linseed oil, making the apartments particularly suitable for people with allergies. A central common room is also available to all guests, where breakfast is served. This room features large windows, providing a direct connection to the outdoors. Adjacent to this is a terrace where a wood-fired grill is available for guests’ use. Breakfast can also be enjoyed here when the weather is nice. There are many places to retreat to around the vacation apartments. Several terraces surrounding the house and plenty of green spaces invite you to simply pause and reflect. There are also quiet areas set up in the garden and in the courtyard where you can fully indulge in relaxation. A children’s playground is located centrally in the courtyard and can be observed from almost all sides. There is no street traffic here because we are nestled between forests at the end of the access road.
