Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartung übertroffen, es hat an nichts gefehlt! Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, wie die gesamte Wohnung. Besondert die Liege am Balkon war Spitze! Dort konnte man am Nachmittag, wenn die Sonne schien, super gut relaxen. Auch ein E-Grill war zu unserer Überraschung vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Lage! (Seenähe) mit guten Restaurants in der Nähe. Wohnung ist mit allem, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht, ausgestattet! Sehr netter Vermieter!

We've travelled as a family of 4(5) -- two parents, two kids, plus a dog -- and the apartment was just great for us: it fits this setup perfectly.
- Very spacious and conveniently organized apartment: a bedroom for the parents, a separate small bedroom for the kids, and a living room.
- The dog is allowed!
- All small details are well thought of: where to hang clothes, keys, or towels; all necessities are provided.
- A spacious balcony with a grill
- Doubly-isolated windows (the ones with 3 glass surfaces): helps to keep the apartment cool & quiet.
- Combined washing machine & dryer is a great feature for a holiday!
- Location: it's a few minutes to two great beaches: the one directly across the road (Strandbad Sittlinger) is free when you complete the guest registration, but we actually used the second one, a bit to the right (Tschinder Strandbad), because dogs are allowed there (we travelled with our 4-month Sheltie). That beach one was also quieter and very green, we enjoyed it a lot. Even more to the right there is a free beach where dogs can also swim (they are not allowed to in a Strandbad, can only stay in place there).
There was a minor hiccup upon arrival: the apartment wasn't ready due to a misunderstanding between the landlord and the cleaning lady, so we had to stay a couple of hours outside while she finished cleaning. This was resolved to our satisfaction though by a generous gesture of the host, who compensated us the cost for the dinner at a restaurant -- thanks for that, Norbert!
A minor nitpick: while there are two frying pans, the non-stick one is quite old, and having a newer one would be a plus.

Dokonala poloha primo u jezera, krasny balkon s lezenim a sezenim. Sklep na kola a dalsi vybaveni, k dispozici SUP (padelboardy). Dokonale vybaveny apartman,vcetne mycich potreb, hygienickych potreb, cisticich pripravku, pytlu do kose atd. Sitky v oknech, rolety. Dokonce pracka, coz jsme moc ocenili. V koupelne sprchovy kout i vana. Rychla wifi. Velmi ochotny a mily majitel, okamzite reagoval.
Zvazila bych koupit vetsi rychlovarnou konvici a klimatizaci.
