The maisonette is accessed via the covered pergola.
The apartment is located southeast of the building and has an unobstructed view of our local mountain, the Mirnock.
A spacious anteroom leads to the living and dining room, as well as the wellness bathroom with wooden bathtub
(with mirrored shower) and the toilet.
All floors on the first floor are covered with broken natural stone. There is a warm wooden grate in the shower area.
The rustic spiral staircase leads to the upper floor with two spacious bedrooms.
In front of it, you can enjoy the panorama from the balcony in unique tranquility. In the deck chairs you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and the valley to Döbriach.

Costs on site: *** Our maisonette apartments*** Each maisonette consists of a lounge with kitchen and living area and a spacious wellness bathroom on the first floor. A rustic spiral staircase leads to the upper floor with two bedrooms and a double bed. The rooms are preceded by a spacious balcony with a beautiful view. The southern façade is fully glazed and allows a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and our farm. All apartments are equipped with living room ventilation. The entire furnishings were made of natural solid spruce wood. All surfaces are treated only with linseed oil. The apartments are therefore particularly suitable for allergy sufferers. All guests also have a central lounge at their disposal, where breakfast is also served. This room is generously glazed and therefore offers a direct connection to the outside. In front of this is a terrace where a wood-fired grill is available for free use. Breakfast can be enjoyed here even when the weather is nice. There are many opportunities to retreat around the apartments. Several terraces around the house, many green areas invite you to simply pause. There are also quiet areas in the garden and on the farm, where you can fully indulge in relaxation. A children's playground is centrally located on the farm, which can be observed from almost all sides. We have no road traffic because we are nestled between forests at the end of the access road.
