Apartment right on the lake:
You’ll have a fully equipped, spacious vacation apartment with a bedroom and a living room that doubles as a bedroom (separate sitting area and full-size beds), a bathroom with a tub and shower, a separate toilet, and a kitchen with a dining area—all thoughtfully arranged across 65 m²—as well as a large, covered south-facing balcony (16 m²) with a magnificent view of Lake Millstatt and the surrounding mountains.
On-site costs: Included in the price: Accommodation for up to 5 guests in our 65 m² vacation apartments (plus an additional 16 m² south-facing loggia), cookware and tableware, bed and table linens, hand and bath towels, FREE Wi-Fi, as well as use of the following on-site facilities: a well-maintained natural swimming beach with a child-friendly entry point, a large sunbathing lawn, lounge chairs, an outdoor charcoal grill, table tennis, ... and use of children’s and baby amenities: high chairs, cribs with linens, baby monitors, baby bathtubs, changing pads, and children’s play equipment. Fishing is possible in the property’s own lake, the Seelehen!!! Not included in the price: Local tax or overnight stay fee per guest per night (€1.75 to €2.35 for guests 18 and older), utilities, prorated final cleaning fee of €59, and use of the washing machine. Occupancy by more than 4 people and bringing pets (small: €4, large: €6 per night) is subject to prior arrangement only. Booking information: Arrival day = Saturday, from 3:00 PM; Departure day = Saturday, by 10:00 AM, or by prior arrangement!!!!Confirmed bookings are only guaranteed upon receipt of your deposit! Cancellations are only accepted in writing (email, fax, mail): free of charge up to 14 days after booking confirmation; up to 30 days before arrival = deposit; up to 14 days before arrival = 70% of the total price; up to 3 days before arrival or no-show = 90% of the total price; late arrival or early departure: no refund.
