About this apartment rental
Appartement de 45m2 rénové en 2024. Une merveille de calme et de lumière dans le quartier le plus animé de Paris! Cuisine équipée, lave-linge, internet. Salle de bain avec baignoire et WC. Une chambre double et une chambre simple. À 5 minutes du Canal Saint-Martin, 5 minutes du métro Goncourt, et 10 minutes de République. 6ème étage sans ascenseur.

Penthouse apartment as described in a wonderful part of Paris. Lots of windows create a very bright atmosphere. 2 things to keep in mind before booking - the apartment is on the 6th floor with no elevator, and the second bedroom is best suited for a child rather than an adult. Very nice host, great communication. Would book again.

This very friendly and bright apartment is well equipped and in the middle of a nice and lively area. Communication and check in were smooth.

The place had all we needed, a double bed plus a single bed in a separated room, a comfortable couch, it was perfectly comfortable for three people.
The neighborhood is lovely, it's a lively area with plenty of places to eat and a grocery store and a cafe right in front of the house.
The city center can be reached in 20 minutes with public transport.
The host was super available at all time and willing to make accommodations for us.
Only one small thing, the house is at the 6th floor with no elevator. It wasn't a problem to us at all, but keep that in mind in case that's a problem to you.
Other than that, amazing place and super nice host, I'd surely recommend it!
