Close to the centre! Refurbished, kitchen and bathroom were in good condition! The bed was good! Kitchen wear such as plates, utensils and pans were really good! The neighbourhood is quiet during evening hours. Good for 2-3 people max
The toilet wasn’t clean on arrival, the hair dryer needs replacing as it’s a fire hazard due to burn marks and clogged vent, not adequate amount of soap, body wash and shampoo. Would be nice if there were some kind of slippers or flip flops provided so people dont have to walk around barefoot and get cold or walk with shoes and get the place dirty.

Die Lage des App. ist gut. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse abseits vom Trubel, in einem bunten Viertel. Im Erdgeschoss. Alles was macht braucht, Geschäfte, Restaurants/Bistros/Cafés, Metro (Station Goncourt) und Bus waren um die Ecke. Der idyllische Canal Saint-Martin und der Place de la Republique waren in wenigen Geh-Minuten erreichbar. Eine gute Lage, um von dort die Stadt zu erkunden. - Die Grösse des App. war sehr gut, ein Wohnraum und ein Schlafraum mit Zwischentür, Bad mit Dusche, Heizung. Es war sauber und ausreichend Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden. Ebenso waren Duschgel und Shampoo vorhanden.
Das Appartement war etwas ungemütlich. Im Wohnraum gab es nur das Deckenlicht, die Stehlampe war defekt, es fehlte das Kabel. Im Schlafraum gab es zusätzlich eine Nachttischlampe. Wir hätten uns einen richtigen Esstisch gewünscht, es gab nur den Küchenblock, der aber zum Essen zu hoch war, und ein um eine Säule herum gebautes Regalbrett, das wohl als Tisch gedacht war. In der großzügigen Küchenzeile (gut ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle...) gab es etwas wenig Tassen. Außerdem hätten die Fenster mal geputzt werden können.

Lugar limpio lindo con bastantes electrodomesticos, un bajo con mucha luz y sin ruido
Para llegar hay un par de pasajes que de noche son peligrosos, el agua sale muy caliente, me queme la Mano com el metal de la ducha, faltaban algunas cosas en la cocina, comunicacion difícil con él anfitrioln por un error de los emails de booking
