Reservations will be terminated before the designated date if the property is used for parties, other large gatherings, or any activities that violate rules and guidelines.
Management and the owners will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries to the guests. I agree and acknowledge that I am responsible for my own safety and the safety of my children, family, and those I give access to the property, AT ALL TIMES when using property facilities including the swimming pool.
Management and the owners will not be responsible for the loss of any personal belongings and/or valuables during your stay.
Management and the owners will not be responsible for any items left in the house.
The minimum rental age is 25 y. o.
We require a photocopy of the driver’s license or valid government id of the lead guest to match the name on the credit card used for the booking. Also, we pre-authorize $1000 security deposit on your method of payment which will be released within 3 business days after checkout.
No noise outside after 9 pm, please be respectful to our neighbors.
The penalty for smoking inside the house is $300.00
Vehicles must be parked in the driveway or on adjacent streets where allowed. No parking on the grass or sidewalks.

We came to Florida for my daughter's national gymnastics competition and chose this home for a couple of reasons: quiet and nice location, large enough for our group of 10, pool, and the price was incredibly reasonable for our week long stay. This host went above and beyond for us! They had a crib and highchair for my infant, without me asking if one would be provided. I was stressing about how to rent them and they had it covered. The neighborhood was so cute. It felt safe too, which was really important to me cause of the kids. Location was perfect: 7 mins to the beautiful and not crowded Hollywood Beach, 15 mins to the airport, 27 mins to Fort Lauderdale and Miami. The house was so spacious and comfortable. We spent a lot of time in the pool, grilling, and in the game room.

We were a party of five attending a trade show in the area. Spacious bed rooms and bathrooms were clean and well functioning. Living areas were spacious with modern looks and good quality materials had been used in construction, kitchen well equipped. Outdoors a gas grill next to warm swimming pool were a very nice bonus. Given the opportunity we will consider coming back!

My 3 sisters and their husbands stayed with us at this house. Beautiful home and neighborhood. We loved visiting Ft Lauderdale and the area. Had a Great time.

This was a vacation for my moms 75th birthday. The property was close to malls and restaurants. Quick access to Miami too. The house was roomy, modern, clean and very comfortable. The management team was excellent, and they were very responsive and quick to get back to us. I would definitely recommend this property!
