The minimum rental age is 25 y. o.
We require a photocopy of the driver’s license or valid government id of the lead guest to match the name on the credit card used for the booking. Also, we pre-authorize $1000 security deposit on your method of payment which will be released within 3 business days after checkout.

The house was clean and very accommodating for our group of 6 adults and 2 children. The pool and outdoor area were very nice as well!

The house worked out great for our family of 6. The pool was just the right size for our small group and was heated to a very comfortable temperature. We had some issues with the front door lock the very first night but the management company was very responsive and very helpful in a timely manner. Experience of a lifetime with our young grandchildren!!!!!

Our family had a wonderful time. The house was perfect. The hosts were so super responsive and accommodating- they even put up a Christmas tree for the holiday! We enjoyed every moment of our stay!!

Our family group consisted of me and my husband, our adult children and their wives and our one year old grandchild. The house was clean, spacious, well furnished for a large group. A crib and highchair for the baby was a plus. Lots of bedrooms and beds with televisions in every room. Well set up kitchen with enough dishes and glasses for everyone. The back deck has a shaded area with a fan perfect for outdoor meals and the pool was fabulous. A small shallow area that an infant could play in was perfect for the one year old and the rest of the pool was big enough for all of us and at a perfect temperature. Highly recommend this property for a family stay.
