I agree and acknowledge that I am responsible for my own safety and the safety of my children, family, and those I give access to the property, AT ALL TIMES when using property facilities including the swimming pool.
Management and the owners will not be responsible for the loss of any personal belongings and/or valuables during your stay.
Management and the owners will not be responsible for any items left in the house.
The minimum rental age is 25 y. o.
We require a photocopy of the driver’s license or valid government id of the lead guest to match the name on the credit card used for the booking. Also, we pre-authorize $1000 security deposit on your method of payment which will be released within 3 business days after checkout.
No noise outside after 9 pm, please be respectful to our neighbors.
The penalty for smoking inside the house is $300.00
Vehicles must be parked in the driveway or on adjacent streets where allowed. No parking on the grass or sidewalks.

Host was an excellent communicator. The home was clean, and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay. The home was stocked with the basics, but didn't have anything extra or items to make it feel "homey" like blankets, or unique decor items. This isn't a negative, just something to be aware of when staying at this home if it's something you look for when selecting a location. The pool was amazing and we loved how big the couch was. Our entire party of 8 was able to sit comfortably to watch movies to wind down at the end of our days.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was amazing and spacious. Very clean and modern. The space was great for our group. Host was so responsive, and very helpful. Loved our stay and would definitely come back again
