I agree and acknowledge that I am responsible for my own safety and the safety of my children, family, and those I give access to the property, AT ALL TIMES when using property facilities including the swimming pool.

The minimum rental age is 25 y. o.
We require a photocopy of the driver’s license or valid government id of the lead guest to match the name on the credit card used for the booking. Also, we pre-authorize $1000 security deposit on your method of payment which will be released within 3 business days after checkout.

House was better than the pictures!!! The open floor plan is awesome. Large rooms, amazing bathrooms, large cedar closets, huge refreshing pool and responsive hosts. We Loved this place. We will rebook!! Thanks

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful rental in Hollywood Beach! Our group of 8 (2 parents and 3 adult children with their significant others) had more than enough space to relax and enjoy ourselves. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a larger group.The private pool and hot tub were definite highlights—perfect for both relaxing and having fun. We also loved using the gas grill for family dinners. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach and the vibrant boardwalk. There were plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby, which made it easy to explore without needing to drive much.This home truly had everything we needed for a fun and memorable vacation. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a spacious, well-located rental in Hollywood Beach. We’d love to come back!

We liked the house and the pool was wonderful and large for lap swimming but the house is so near Hollywood Boulevard that the nights are very noisy for the light sleeper.
The hosts were very responsive. The walk to the beach was a nice plus but the beach boardwalk is very loud and crowded.
