What an amazing and tranquil place to stay. What I truly loved the most was the cleanliness of the entire property. I cannot stress that enough just how clean it was. My apartment was equipped with everything I needed for my stay. Peace and so much quietness is what I needed and what I got. The staff are amazing. I would stay here again!!!!!!

The entire hotel you could tell prided themselves on cleanliness! Location to the beach, broad walk and restaurants was very convenient! The staff were pleasant!

Only complaints are the chairs at the pool are uncomfortable and the limit of beach towels in the morning was annoying.

Great location, beautiful condo but could use some attention to the pool!

The condo was fantastic, very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect.

The pool was very disappointing, very dirty water! The security at the pool was appreciated, however they were somewhat excessive. All the money you pay just to have someone watching over your every move.

I booked through booking .com . The day before, they stated resort and parking.that turned out to be $500.00

The only thing was the roof top. But so many people in the pool . The water was cloudy

Staff was rude . It turned out that I rented a private unit . Which had no towel service and if I wanted to get the room cleaned I had to pay extra. The front desk did it want to give me toilet paper because it was a Private unit . The Fees here ridiculous. I was charged $500.00 for resort fees and valet parking which were disclosed the day of the reservation . Everytime you wanted to get your car you had to tip the guys if not they would look at you funny

Additional fees... especially the parking fee.. several times the valet and concierge told me they were understaffed...we waited almost 30 minutes to receive our car from valet during checkout...we were also told that we couldn't get a luggage cart because they only had 1 bellboys working...I asked to receive the cart myself and load it but they refused...very strange amenities process...my wife asked for an extra towel and was refused as well.. there was a broken exit door on the southeast side bottom floor that wouldn't shut so just anyone could enter the building..I advised staff but in the 6 days we stayed it wasn't fixed...

Fun, relaxing and energized.

I did not like that the early check in was strictly upheld with no wiggle room. They would not let us check in even an hour earlier. I also did not like that we were hot with resort fees and other fees after check in. Would have been better to include the fees at time of booking. Also the check in staff file was not very friendly or explanatory.

The location is incredible, the property is very nice and accessible. Our host was very reliable in replying with any questions we may have had. The host was not a staff member. The pool up in the roof top is amazing, and the best service pool side vs sitting at a table in the bar. The beach staff for the chairs was great… so friendly and helpful.

The front staff on the day of arrival were beyond rude. This was not the first time we have experienced this and ironically the same women that we experienced 1.5 years ago. The maintenance staff is inconsiderate to the fact that they cannot expect to enter a room at their convenience.

I was charged $214 Cleaning Fee and during my 4 day stay no one changed the towels or picked up the trash. Upon arrival we were charged another almost 200 USD resort fee plus 50 USD / day for parking. First time not booking a regular hotel. Not worth the money and was a total disappointment.

Pool was closed. Resort fees are high and in addition to prices listed. Cleaning could be better. Layers of dust on towel rack, and toilet paper holder. No towel, toilet paper replenishing unless greater than 5 days.

Scam that overcharge on extra fees at location + hold a lot money on your card

This is scam, all fees should be posted in excluded and this was not, when arrive at location was charged extra $35+$40 per day + $55 once + taxes.... then the swimming pool close 2 days later without notice on listing. The location hold 2 deposits on my card, $412.50 to cover all fees + $100 deposit that everday increased without reason and everyday was trying to add a new charge on card.... nighmare, run from it! ... read the posts around, on the balcony I saw over 5 cars being tow, a lot people complain of scam. Summary 10 days later I still have over $1.000 hold on card that I blocked because charge kept increasing without reason

The resort fee that wasn’t fully disclosed. This should have been included in the overall booking and not when arrived. We had no idea of the exact fees for our stay. The cleaning fee of over $200 was excessive.

Very nice getaway for the price.

Amazing location. Amazing rooftop pool. Rooms were a bit dated, but clean and great value included 1 hour free rented bike, free beach towels and free beach chair per person each day. Wow!

Couldn't cook in room really. Just a hotel with a microwave. Staff was nice but there was always a line to talk to staff.

The location is great, the rooftop pool/bar/restaurant was great! The unit was nice, but the layout was not what was promised in the photos. That's not a problem with the building, but more of a problem with the host.

I didn't like how I was mislead by the photos. We specifically chose the unit based on the photos that were displayed online for that specific unit. The photos showed a king sized bed, a full bathroom with tub (we were traveling with kids) and a view/balcony of Fillmore street/the beach. Instead, what we received when we checked in was a unit on the bay side, back side of the building, with a view of a parking lot and dumpsters, which were emptied almost every morning at 6am, which sounded like a full dumpster being dropped from the Empire State Building. Needless to say, it was very loud and disruptive every morning, which woke our entire family up way too early. Again we specifically chose the unit based on the photos/location, because we experienced this type of disruption in the past. I contacted Cielo Stays about this matter, and they would not help, and told me the pictures I sent, were not the pictures associated with my booking...eventhough I sent screenshots showing my booking information with the photos that they advertised. They just denied it until I finally gave up.

Our room was really comfortable but when coming to kitchen utensils and plates they only have for 5 people which even if we are 4 we still need to serve and this is frustrating as you are always washing just to use that 5th fork or plate.

Very modern clean room. This hotel is really close to the beach and a lot of shops and restaurants. The pool area is wonderful. We were able to get food and a drink at the pool bar.

The front desk ladies were nice they just didn’t seem to know how to travel around the area since we didn’t have a car. We found the “circuit” the last day we were there.

Gotta be one of the best deals in Hollywood Beach! Everyone we talked to was very happy about the value, the cleanliness, and conveniences of the property. Many had stayed there multiple times. Plus, it was very convenient to everything, and only a half-block to the beautiful beach, restaurants, and broadwalk. Loved this place!

The ridiculous price for parking, but that had nothing to do with the owners of the suite we stayed in. The added cost for parking is making many people choose other sites in Florida to stay. It's gotten out of hand. Also, the limitations on pool towels to one per person is a bit preschool-like. Come up with a better, more generous system. Need better convenience stores or drug stores nearby.

The best oprion you can get in Hollywood Beach

This is our 2nd stay. Location is the best. New building, facilities and modern apartment. Apartment and the view is amazing. Close to everything. Apartment is on the 3rd floor and very convinient for pasing through the bridge to South Building. Cafe downstars, Bakery and groceries right across the street. Daily beach towels and chairs at the beach provided. Hot tub and roof pool are rocking. All staff are very polite, presentable looking and helpful. Beds are comfy. 3 coffee machines, fridge, dishwasher, TV in each room. We will be back for sure! We loved our stay very much!

Washing machine in the unit was expected, but it was not there. However, the laundry room is just next door, but it was out of service. With small washing machine in the apartment - the unit would be the best of the best. Only this minor thing is missing.

Location ! Roof top is my favorite and pool. I also love the aesthetic of the hotel :)

Flooring/tiles on roof top need to be changed. I witnessed many people fall or slip coming out of the pool. An older gentleman fell hard and struggled to get up. I know with the water on the floor it gets slippery but that’s super hazardous !

When I arrived at the hotel the first day the workers at the reception were trying to charge me $400, $100 for deposit and $300 for the resort fee. They knew beforehand how many nights I was staying and when I got there they acted clueless and tried charging me more than needed. They had my card retained and the day I was leaving they told me the total of the resort fee was $570.65. I find that very disrespectful and very expensive, and when you’re reserving the hotel they already give you a price that you pay for and agree with. I didn’t find it honest and unfair. And the parking is horribly expensive. All those extra charges aren’t said clearly before you reserve. The property is fine but the way they use your credit card isn’t right and the numbers aren’t clear.

They did not offer a cleaning service for long stay.. I stayed for 21 days and when I asked about the cleaning fees it was so expencive. The parking is over priced. It was about 43$ per night.

Suffered a power failure that lasted 12 hours and my friend was not able to sleep well since he suffers from sleep apnea and must use a CPAP machine that uses electric power. I have to do my own inquiry about getting compensation.
