I agree and acknowledge that I am responsible for my own safety and the safety of my children, family, and those I give access to the property, AT ALL TIMES when using property facilities including the swimming pool.
Management and the owners will not be responsible for the loss of any personal belongings and/or valuables during your stay.
Management and the owners will not be responsible for any items left in the house.
The minimum rental age is 25 y. o.
We require a photocopy of the driver’s license or valid government id of the lead guest to match the name on the credit card used for the booking. Also, we pre-authorize $1000 security deposit on your method of payment which will be released within 3 business days after checkout.
No noise outside after 9 pm, please be respectful to our neighbors.
The penalty for smoking inside the house is $300.00
Vehicles must be parked in the driveway or on adjacent streets where allowed. No parking on the grass or sidewalks.

This house is FANTASTIC!! House is as described and as shown in pictures! Host was very responsive to messages. We enjoyed the openness, the patio and gazebo area, and the pool (could have been a bit warmer, but we made due & did not attempt to reach the host regarding this). My only complaint is that the water in the master bathroom sinks does not get very warm. I would highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful Stay – Perfect for Families!We had such a fantastic time staying at this home! It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip. One of the highlights for us was the pool—it was absolutely perfect for the kids! They spent hours swimming and playing while we relaxed nearby. It really made the stay extra special.The house itself was beautifully maintained and well-stocked, with plenty of towels, kitchen essentials, and even some thoughtful extras that made us feel right at home. The beds were very comfortable, and the entire space was cozy and welcoming.The location was great—quiet and peaceful, but still close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. And the host was wonderful—easy to communicate with and very responsive.We’re so glad we chose this property and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing and fun getaway!

This property perfectly fit my large family's needs. It is beautiful. Open floor design. Lots of space. The pool is immaculate. Kitchen was designed so nicely. It was a pleasure for us to cook our meals there. We loved it and cant wait to go back

Wonderful place and location. Very private despite neighbors close by. Main reason for booking was for the fancy tub, jacuzzi, and heated swimming pool. The tub jets don't turn on unless the water is above the jets, so at first I thought it didn't work but it works. The only issue I had here was, the water pressure in all showers was very low (they will likely fix this though).
Really can't beat a private heated pool all to yourself :) they could charge more than they are currently imho
