I agree and acknowledge that I am responsible for my own safety and the safety of my children, family, and those I give access to the property, AT ALL TIMES when using property facilities including the swimming pool.
Management and the owners will not be responsible for the loss of any personal belongings and/or valuables during your stay.
Management and the owners will not be responsible for any items left in the house.
The minimum rental age is 25 y. o.
We require a photocopy of the driver’s license or valid government id of the lead guest to match the name on the credit card used for the booking. Also, we pre-authorize $1000 security deposit on your method of payment which will be released within 3 business days after checkout.
No noise outside after 9 pm, please be respectful to our neighbors.
The penalty for smoking inside the house is $300.00
Vehicles must be parked in the driveway or on adjacent streets where allowed. No parking on the grass or sidewalks.

Our stay at this property was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described — if not better! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and we loved relaxing on the patio each morning.The location was ideal — close to everything but still peaceful and private. The host was fantastic as well — super responsive, friendly, and thoughtful, even checking in to make sure we had everything we needed.We truly felt right at home and didn’t want to leave. We’ll definitely be coming back on our next trip and can’t recommend this place enough!

The property manager was very receptive to any questions prior to our arrival and very quick to respond to a few small issues that arose. The house provided plenty of space for our group of nine. We spent a lot of time in the pool and the water temperature was ideal. Compared to other rentals we have stayed out, there were some things that were lacking in our opinion. The kitchen was minimally stocked. We ended up purchasing additional cups that we left there for the next renters. Some extra cookie trays, measuring cups/spoons and providing cleaning supplies would have been nice. We would recommend putting some cushions on the outside lounge chairs and purchasing more comfortable seating in the covered patio. We felt that investing a little bit of money into improving a few things would be beneficial and improve the overall experience for renters. Thank you for sharing your house with us.
