Kitchen/diner with TV, electric double oven range cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, 2 x fridge/freezers, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, double Air Fryer, coffee machine and electric log effect fire. Utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. Sitting room with a TV, electric log effect fire and conservatory. External Annexe: one super-king-size bedroom, a shower room, and living/dining room with TV and electric log effect fire. Internal Annexe: one super-king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, living/dining room with TV and electric log effect fire and a conservatory. Oil central heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Two highchairs and travel cots on request. Private off-road parking for seven cars. Enclosed garden with lawn, patio, charcoal barbecue and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Nearest shop in 0.7 miles, pub in 0.1 mile, beach in 0.1 miles.
