Kitchen/diner with TV, electric double oven range cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, 2 x fridge/freezers, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, double Air Fryer, coffee machine and electric log effect fire. Utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. Sitting room with a TV, electric log effect fire and conservatory. External Annexe: one super-king-size bedroom, a shower room, and living/dining room with TV and electric log effect fire. Internal Annexe: one super-king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, living/dining room with TV and electric log effect fire and a conservatory. Oil central heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Two highchairs and travel cots on request. Private off-road parking for seven cars.
