We cater specifically towards Big Groups who don't necessarily want to be split up. For instance: Family Reunions, Work Retreats, Sport Team Meet-ups, Church Convention/Conference Attendee's, Wedding Parties, Bachelorette/Bachelor Gatherings, or anything else you may think of when gathering together with family and friends.
Our location is ideal as we're just a few steps away from all downtown activities. We are located 3 blocks from The America's Center Dome. And within 1 mile of The Gateway Arch National Park, Busch Stadium & BallPark Village, The Enterprise, the Stifle Theater, and the Energizer Soccer Stadium.
This creatively converted warehouse loft is 2000 sq ft and can sleep up to 16 guests. There's a full kitchen, bathroom with shower & jet tub, 2 large bedrooms (with 2 queen and 2 twin beds in each), and 2 full size beds in the studio area. Access to our warehouse game room includes an additional full kitchen & bathroom, lounge space, dining area, pool table, ping pong, foosball, darts, & 3 TVs.
No need to worry about PARKING, as it is secure and free for all our guests. Plenty of room for numerous vehicles including cars, trucks, buses, & RVs!
This is a unique and memorable overnight stay experience, if you are looking for a traditional hotel or house, this property may be not for you. Please note, that our 3-story warehouse has stairs and no elevator. However, we do offer two 1st floor suites that are fully ADA accessible and sleep up to 10 each. Our facility is not ideal for real young children or the elderly. If traveling with children or the elderly, please just let us know.
We do NOT typically accept reservations from local residents due to a history of attempted unauthorized parties which were canceled (without refund) before they started. For the safety and comfort of all guests, we do not allow unregistered visitors. Visitors are not allowed unless authorized in advance! Any Guests who misrepresent their intentions will result in a reservation cancellation WITHOUT a refund!

Property manager was very accommodating and easy to work with. Very cool lay out and lots of room. Lounge area was pretty cool as well. Something for everyone. Highly recommend, over all great experience. Could use curtains in room closet to the street

My boyfriend and I rented this place for a Zach Bryan concert. Really cool property right above a bar the common area offered all options as far as entertainment with the pool table and slots. The apartment itself had a lot of character. I would just say if you’re staying during spring or summer, it gets really warm in there with all of the windows, and no AC. Otherwise we had a blast. Also, please note that this property is more for bachelor bachelorette type groups. All in all it was a fun experience in STL!

The property was a great spot to hang with lots of space and some fun amenities.
Owner was dishonest in handling rental payments. Owner was dramatic and overreacted to our party’s behavior. Owner was uncivil and discourteous regarding departure time.
Nonetheless, memories were made.
