Staff was excellent. Personable and professional. Everyone from front desk to valet parking to restaurant and bar. Breakfast was excellent
Where’s the classic Embassy Suites design with open atrium ? Felt closed in. Bar free snacks were weak. Parking fee was atrocious.

The gentleman at the reception desk was a little short with us, but that’s it. He wasn’t rude , just not overly nice.
