ALL the staff were genuinely friendly, kind & helpful from the moment we got there. Never felt rushed. The location next to the Gateway arch is perfect. For it being a holiday weekend, the rate was incredibly good. Spotless clean.

The property was beautiful and I love the proximity to the park. The staff were exceptional and incredibly kind and helpful. They went above and beyond multiple times. We would have stayed longer if we could!

The location to the Arch was perfect- within walking distance to the park. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Very good location to attend cardinals game
The extra security charge -esp if you have more than one room- parking is a disaster!! When trying to speak to anyone about charges I was re routed several times w a promise for call back. Still waiting on that call back months later.
