The staff was the highlight of our stay. So kind, accommodating and understanding to our situation. We had to bring our dog with us last minute and she has some issues. They let us use the service elevator to be able to take her outside which was so extremely helpful.
The elevator situation is not great with having to hop onto another elevator from lobby to get to your room. Also, the Casino is so depressing and not a fan of it being so close to the hotel. I also didn't love the locale.

I was very excited to have a girlfriends weekend in a 5 star hotel. I don't feel like we got the value for what we paid for the room.
We had to ask twice for things like extra towels, a pullout bed, etc. No one asked for our order in the pool we had to hunt people down.
