My wife and I decided to go to St. Louis for our 40wedding Anniversary. We just came in blind. We stumbled onto this hotel. What a Great place to stay a lot of great amenities and restaurants. They took great care of us. We had a situation where the charged us double for the room but they made it right. Handling like a champ. Comp us breakfast and parking. Thanks again

Room was very spacious and clean. We were supposed to be in one of the courtyard rooms but still not available at the time, but still given a nice room with a good view. Breakfast was confusing because when I called front desk, they told me go to the restaurant breakfast and I did not know you had to pay there. We were supposed to just take the regular breakfast which is on the other side of the restaurant. Had to approach front desk, I was told to go to the other breakfast location that’s included in our booking. Went there, tapped my card and was not working. Had to go back to front desk and the other lady told me I don’t have breakfast privileges and then she later discovered we did have breakfast. 3 different people telling me 3 different things. That’s the only downside that I did not like. And maybe, if it’s a 4-star hotel, they should have upgraded the breakfast options that they have, there’s no difference than other hotels. Overall stay was okay. And lastly, no microwaves in the rooms.
